Please note that fields marked with asterisks indicate important things we need to know in order to have a complete record of your information. (Your information goes directly from this form to our database, so it’s important to be as detailed as possible.)

Before you submit your application, make sure you take the time to fill out the following areas* in the “Business Information” section:

Company Name – Make sure it’s exactly the way you want it to appear in our member directory;

Business Description– Add a brief description (500 characters including spaces) about your business so other people will know what you’re all; about.

Business Category – Select a business category so people will be able to identify what industry you belong to and can easily find you when searching our directory;

Address – Make sure you check the box telling us whether to list your address with your public directory listing. If using this feature please make a "do not show address" notation in the comments box.
